If you are a digital expert who is excited to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial, boutique agency environment, you might be our person. This position will work with account managers and be responsible for devising digital media strategies, building, negotiating, and implementing digital media plans & buys for a variety of clients. You will help optimize client’s digital marketing initiatives. This position will require excellent relationship building with co-workers, clients, and media vendors; monitoring of ongoing schedules; analytical skills, continual learning with regards to emerging media; and working as a team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for digital campaign strategy, development, implementation, and performance of our paid media efforts across programmatic, search, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Influencer), video, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, etc.
  • Manage multiple digital campaigns and clients simultaneously, determining KPI’s and benchmarks
  • Analytical mindset, responsible for execution, tracking, optimization, performance and reporting of digital campaigns and key metrics on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience with reporting tools, ability to identify trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate the success of digital strategies and campaigns and recommend optimizations pre and post campaign to ensure goals are achieved
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to present digital media recommendations and results to clients in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of buying digital media
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise in all forms of digital strategy & buying
  • Analytical and strategic thinker who can translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Self-starter with good follow through, ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, but can also work well in a team and clearly direct media coordinators
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Digitally savvy, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
  • Enthusiasm for data, knowledge, and a desire to keep up with constant industry changes
  • Experience with Strata or Advantage Software a plus
