Job description
Responsible for developing audience-centric cross-channel media plans that meet budget and sales forecasts; managing campaign execution; measuring results or outcomes (for example, sales, traffic, conversion, ROI, data capture and brand perceptions); and determining future campaign plans based on the findings.Work with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to develop strategic plans and goals for overall marketing calendar and specific campaigns, including:
brand strategy and planning for campaigns objectives
creative for asset and copy development
data analytics for results tracking
channels for integrated communication planning
partnerships for extension of reach
external agency for media buying and web development
external suppliers for local media buying and placement
Plan integrated campaigns across digital, offline and in-venue that leverage best available promotional tactics, tools and techniques based on known audience motivations. Tracks media to ensure all spots/impressions are delivered.
Develop initiatives to help improve and grow target audience data capture and contact lists, manage and optimize the quality and consistency of data capture and track performance across all customer touch points including marketing and sales touch points.
Develop and execute strong media plans and promotional efforts that maximize total addressable market penetration utilizing optimum marketing channels, and that result in direct sales, customer data acquisition, and improved brand awareness and perceptions.
Maximize value of relationships with strategically appropriate third parties, including sponsors, marketing partners, artists and record labels through the development and execution of compelling promotions and on-site events with a focus on revenue and customer data capture. Ensure fulfillment of exposure elements.
Demonstrate creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities. Update knowledge and skills to handle new complexities, challenges, and responsibilities. Seek exposure to new ideas and perspectives.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience required
Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing with emphasis on media and promotions
2+ years prior media planning and buying experience required
Events marketing, promotions and activations prior experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
