The Position
This role is focused on paid search and sits within our Marketplace team, which covers biddable media - Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic. This position is ideal for someone who is disciplined, yet comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment. Most importantly, you’re truly passionate about advertising and enjoy both teaching and learning about the wonderful world of paid search and digital media.
Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day as a Paid Search Planner –
- Strategizes, optimizes & executes digital media campaigns with a focus in SEM.
- Utilizes Google AdWords, Bing ads and DoubleClick (DCM/Dart Search) platforms to run a variety of media tactics within those platforms such as SEM, GDN [Google’s Display Network], Retargeting, RLSA [Remarketing List for Search Ads], Video and Shopping.
- Leads on day to day client operations and POVs.
- Offers support in training assistants and interns, in an effort to positively develop teammates.
- Comfortably communicates with clients both verbally and in written form; effectively delivers presentations.
- Cross channel integration: Implements an integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in learning paid social and programmatic digital (RTB, trading desks/DSP/DMP) strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1.5 - 2 years of hands-on experience in the strategy, execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in SEM.
- Experience with AdWords, Bing ads and DoubleClick (DCM/Dart Search) platforms [highly preferred].
- Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms) .
- You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities.
- Additional experience with 3rd party digital ad tech such as adservers, site side analytics, DMPs, PMDs and/or multi-touch attribution is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
