he Medical Assistant is responsible for creating an amazing, positive patient experience during the patient visit. Works closely with PSRs, Clinicians and other MA’s to ensure efficiency and optimal delivery of service to Ally Healthcare’s patients. Assist with surgical procedures, Create referrals, lab orders, and diagnostic tests for patients. Discuss lab and diagnostic results with patient. Schedule office appointments. Assist patient with scheduling appointments with Specialists and Diagnostics. Answer patient phone calls. Fax correspondence. Stock and disinfect exam rooms. Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and State of Florida Bio-hazard regulations. Properly document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
- Certification as medical assistant preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 2 years’ experience working as a medical assistant.
- Excellent customer service experience.
