Position : Primary care Family practice R.N / medical assistant / LPN. Part time Flexible hours from 4 hour shifts, 1-2 days a week UP TO 35 HOURS/WEEK

Hours: Flexible 7:45 am - 7 P pm Mon, Tues, Wedn, Thurs and 8:45am-3pm Fridays. & ONE SATURDAY per month( 9 am -2 pm). Can do split shifts open to noon or noon to close also.. Many of our staff are part retired nurses looking to share half the day with someone.

(closing hours vary daily but need to be able to work these hours when necessary)

Will be REQUIRED to work atleast1 Saturdays a month pending schedule most months .

Also, hours vary based on patient load. Schedule can be discussed if planned ahead. We do not have a lunch break scheduled, but lunch is provided most days and you do have time to eat between patients.

Job expectations: Duties will include taking patients vitals, documenting, helping with other office maintenance, knowledgeable in basic medical terminology, safety and sanitary procedures, entering data in computer, blood draw, EKG, IM & subq injections. (We will provide training in any areas, but need basic knowledge of computers and medical setting)

Applicants need a basic computer knowledge. Our specific system will be taught during week of training.

Applicants will be required to have a background check and drug screen done at time of hire and must be open to random drug and nicotine testing while employed with us.

WE ARE A NICOTINE FREE OFFICE. As of 2020, all hires must be prepared and agreeable to nicotine.

There is no medical benefits plan through our company but do have a retirement benefits option after 1 year.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Three strike system on being late as well as all office policies per handbook.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
