This client is a leading healthcare organization in Connecticut and operate as a physician-led medical group that provides safe, efficient and compassionate healthcare. The currently have openings for multiple specialties and offices and are excited to have you join the team.
Your Day to Day:
The role of a Medical Assistant is to provide care to patients/significant via telephone contact or administrative tasks, following established standards and practices.
As a member of the patient care team you will assist providers and nursing staff with daily offices duties including but not limited to: respond to patient messages, patient call-backs & providing test results, authorizing radiology requisitions, assist multiple providers, referrals, scheduling, rooming patients, vital intake, etc.
Location: New London, CT
Shift: Mon- Fri 8 AM- 5 PM
