Must have one to two years’ experience in all 3 aspects of medical billing.

• Charge Entry & Demographic Posting – Detailed Knowledge of CPT / ICD combinations; knowledge of Health Insurance Carriers; 1500 Form completions; client communication skills
• Payment Posting - Detailed Knowledge of ERA / EOB payments and Denial Messages; Offsets; Transfers of responsibility; patient balances
• Accounts Receivable - Detailed Knowledge of unpaid claim follow-up; contacting insurance carriers; posting call notes; obtaining reference numbers and carrier contact names for call; calendar follow-ups.

Company established in 1997. Many client with us 25 years.

Clients are office based – multiple specialties. No ER; hospital based; primary care

Office is located at Route 95 and Street Road, Bucks County, PA

Working with 10 staff members. Several with us 20-25 years.

Hybrid Remote after 2 month training is complete --- 3 Office / 2 Home

Health Insurance - IBC

PTO – Two weeks. Accrual begins 90 days from employment

Office hours – During training 8 to 4. After training 7 to 3; 8 to 4 or 9 to 5, dependent on type of work tasks assigned. Monday through Friday.

Kitchen – Refrigerator; Microwave; Toaster Oven; Spring Water

Parking Lot – easy access

Pay: $17.00 per hour
