This position is located on the South Side of San Antonio.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent Client Service support to ADSSA clients in a courteous, professional manner in order to improve client satisfaction of provided ADSSA services.

Responsibilities:

• Understands and manifests the philosophy of Mission of ADSSA.
• Greets scheduled and walk-in clients.
• Ensures clients are signed in for appointments.
• Screen patients.
• Schedules clients either by phone or in person for appointments.
• Maintains client files.
• Input and update client data into ADSSA information systems.
• Ensure accuracy of input data in client files and information systems.
• Prepares client files for next day’s schedule.
• Call client to confirm scheduled appointments.
• Routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
• Composes and types routine correspondence, memorandums, reports, schedules, agendas.
• Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
• Answers and screens telephone calls.
• Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
• Collect payments

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Licenses

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Minimum 1 year of previous administrative work preferred
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Ability to type 40 words per minute preferred.
• Bilingual Required: (English/Spanish)
• Current Texas State Driver's License required
