Nationwide Children's will be hosting open interviews for our Lab Services Team on May 10th, 2023 from 12p - 3p. The roles that we are hiring for and the address for the interviews is listed below. **Sign - On Bonus: $5,000 for New Graduates; $7,000 for at least 1 year of experience** **10,000 Sign on Bonus**

Use the first entrance (Says HR Applicants, etc) to park on the first floor of the garage. Please bring the parking ticket in so that your parking can validated.

Lab Technician/Technologist: Starting Pay $24.50 (Technician) or $31.00 (Technologist) (Will compensate for experience)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree medical laboratory science or biologic science from an accredited institution
• Accurate and timely reporting of routine and complex laboratory testing
• Problem solve specimen and testing related issues
• Additional duties include continuous improvement programs, preventive maintenance, quality control and special projects as assigned
• Provides excellent customer service to patients/families clients and providers and promotes a cohesive work environment
• Perform phlebotomy and EKGs (depending on location)

Medical Lab Assistant: Starting at $20.70 (Will compensate for experience)

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Processes specimens collected by hospital units/clinics and community providers.
• Accurate and timely reporting of waived laboratory testing
• Problem solve specimen and testing related issues
• Provides excellent customer service to patients/families clients and providers and promotes a cohesive work environment
• Perform phlebotomy and EKGs (depending on location)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $33.95 per hour
