One of our top clients a Medical Office in West Caldwell, NJ Is seeking talented individuals to join their growing team

The position is Direct Hire, is an onsite position, you will be working in a doctor’s office in West Caldwell, NJ NOT REMOTELY

$50K annual salary
Workhours, 4 Days per week
Monday – Tuesday – Thursday - Friday
The hours are 9:15am – 5:15pm

Job Responsibilities are:

• Work with Insurance Authorizations
• Answer emails from Insurance Providers
• Must be familiar with coding (both diagnostic coding and office visit coding).
• Must be a self starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be familiar with coding (both diagnostic coding and office visit coding).
• 2-4 years of Medical office experience (Medical Office clerk, Medical administrative assistant, Medical Office receptionist),
• Good experience in MS Outlook, Microsoft Office, whit some experience working with Medical Software
