Our Operations Managers are seeking to find a highly skilled individuals who are passionate about providing medical care, and are willing to provide whatever training you'll need to excel in the role.

Under general supervision of Practice Operation Supervisor, the Front Desk II role is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and other visitors to the practice and performing administrative functions that contribute to keeping the medical practice running efficiently.

· Greets and registers patients for their appointment; provides the necessary paperwork, confirms and/or updates insurance coverage and patient demographic information

· Collects patient balances and co-pays, appropriately tracks and records all payments collected and assists patients with their benefits questions

· Supports incoming calls and other office correspondence, including scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging calls for clinical team

Clinic Info:

• Hours of Operation: M-F, 8am-5pm

Education and Training:

• 2+ years as a Medical Receptionist for Level 1 salary and 7+ years as a Medical Receptionist for Level 2 salary
• EMR experience - EPIC preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
