Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years. Our registered nurses, mental health assistants, psychiatrist, and therapist serve hundreds of children and adolescents annually, with the common goal of treating and healing trauma and building resiliency in children and adolescents.
We are currently looking for Full-Time Medical Records Clerk/Weekend Receptionist to join our team of dedicated professionals.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Operate a multi line phone system, greet visitors, sort patient charts, identify areas of correction in the patient charts and file charts.
