Colorado’s leading PRN medical staffing company with over 175 employees, currently located throughout the state of Colorado and now expanding into Nebraska. Our business is a critical partner to assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab and hospital service providers and we are currently experiencing rapid expansion.

ASAP-Medical Staffing is looking for caring and courteous professionals to join our Colorado team of recruiters. You will join one of the fastest-growing, PRN healthcare staffing agencies in the Rocky Mountain Region.

While technically a "sales" position, we're not necessarily looking for a "sales person". Most of our recruiters do not have a sales background- but can multitask, they love learning new things, they are great communicators, phenomenal listeners, and they care. They care deeply and truly about the healthcare professionals that ASAP serves, and they care about helping their team and looking out for each other.

Job duties include:

This position is responsible for meeting performance expectations in the areas of medical recruitment, service excellence, and resource utilization. The role requires frequent interaction with medical professionals via multiple communication methods, including initiating contact with potential prospects, following through with active applicants, and evaluating applicants throughout the vetting process.

  • Full-cycle recruiting from start to finish for medical professionals
  • Utilize phone, text, cold-call and email to recruit prospects using social media and industry-specific web sites
  • Maintain relationships with current and future Medical Professionals by phone, text, and email
  • Work with account managers to place your candidates in facilities across the State of Colorado
  • Manage your medical professionals once placed on assignment–includes completion of compliance requirements
  • Building on-going relationships with your medical professionals for retention and option of additional placements or shifts
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to ASAP's core values and mission
  • Professionally represent the company at recruiting events, seminars, and other marketing venues.
  • On-Call rotation required.
  • Quota Structure to ensure goals are met and bonuses are hit.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (bonus if within the medical industry)
  • College degree (or equivalent in experience)

Pay

  • 40K starting salary base pay (+ commission)
  • Long term potential for uncapped commission earnings over 85-90K/year
  • OTE for a recruiter in their first year is 60K+
