Requirements:

• Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure all medical, dental, and medication needs of all clients are met and all policies/protocols are followed. Provides input and direction for treatment planning.
• Monitors functioning of medication administration protocols/procedures. To ensure right clients on medication, receive the right medication, at the right time, right dose, right route, right position, and right documentation is completed.
• Advocates and assists youth with coordinating all medical, dental, and psychiatric needs. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with outside agencies and student’s significant others. May be required to transport

Qualifications:

• HS/GED, no experience required. Preferred: Education or experience in Human Services/Med Passing, CNA Certificate
