Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Purpose of Position:

This position in accountable for greeting incoming and outgoing customer traffic, assisting members or redirecting them to other branch staff according to their needs. In addition, this role is responsible for completing general branch tasks such as – supply ordering, updating marketing materials, branch balancing and other duties assignment by the Branch Manager.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Participate in Branch efforts to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction targets
    • Direct lobby traffic to optimize service performance according to standards
    • Ensure customer desks are stocked and desk tools are functioning; such as pens, calculators, etc.
  • Participate in the coaching process to improve and sustain proficiency of member focus behaviors
  • Support general operations of the office-supply ordering, reporting, marketing material, branch balancing and other duties assigned by the Branch Manager
  • Ensure compliance with Audit/ Operational controls, regulatory guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Performs simple service member transactions and teller transactions as needed
  • Reports and works with facilities to resolve issues in the branch and ATM’s on property

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or High school equivalency diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year sales/service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales/leads and product knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient in building customer and peer relationships
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Ability to multitask
  • Maintains high degree of flexibility in support of branch needs
  • Must be successfully registered as a Loan Originator through ESL
