This member service representative position is for our Rogers City Branch!

Looking for an individual who is motivated in sales and maintaining positive member experiences. Applicant should align their focus with the credit union mission of “people helping people” both for the sake of the members we serve and the teammates we work alongside each day.

Important skills to have are proficient computer and phone skills, the ability to provide an excellent customer service experience, and basic money handling and communication skills.

I also would like to note work days are from 8:30AM - 5:30PM as there was no selection for these times. Some Saturdays may be required!

No mask requirements at this time, but we will continue to monitor the Governor's orders and follow accordingly. Surfaces are cleaned regularly especially since tellers are not always in the same workstation as the day prior.
