We are looking for a knowledgeable, creative and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly individual who enjoys travel and being part of an exciting and growing company. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills and an ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer service calls.
• Assist members in all aspects of their membership.
• Provide customer service to members with special needs.
• Work in customer service environment.
• Handle the public with tact and diplomacy.
• Follow correct procedures for dealing with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
