Our Membership Coordinator offers products and services to potential and retained customers in our market area. They uncover all home opportunities, describe retail solutions by communicating the value of our Company's membership porgrams and services, and move customers to action.

You don’t have to have direct experience with sales, but you should be comfortable calling and talking with current and potential customers. Enthusiasm, confidence, and an upbeat, positive attitude is what you should posses and are inherent qualities that will make you successful. You will make a competitive base salary plus and enjoy uncapped commissions. In-house training is provided and support and guidance is never ending.

What you will be doing:
  • Proactively place outgoing calls to support promotions and upgrade campaigns
  • Follow up with unclosed or cancelled customer appointments
  • Help to generate leads for technicians and sales staff
Those qualified should:
  • Have customer-facing experience with proven success in telesales as a first call closer
  • Have strong negotiation skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Be an active listener with strong relationship building skills
  • Be fluent in MS Word and Excel and have the capability to manuever through multiple programs at once
  • Have to ability to work a minimal rotation of a few hours on Saturdays
Membership Coordinators should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You should be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, as well as undergo a thorough background check.
