Job description

Sales Representative will be responsible for actively generating club revenue while developing and working together with sales and front desk staff.

Hours Available:

Monday: 2pm-8pm

Tuesday: 2pm-8pm

Wednesday: 2pm-8pm

Thursday: 2pm-8pm

Friday: 2pm-8pm

Saturday: 8am-12pm

Total hours: 30

*will assign more hours if needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Sell memberships to walk in customers

· Set appointments through referrals and leads

· Establish corporate membership programs

· Develops and implements sales policies and procedures for department

· Light cleaning/organizing

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds, typing and standing for long periods of time

· Maintains professionalism and appearance, when not assisting members; avoids eating, sitting, reading, Internet surfing, or any other activities that are not work-related

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent team and leadership skills

· A comprehensive understanding of sales operations

· Must be highly motivated and energetic and organized

· Ability to multi-task

· An understanding of health club operations

· Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Must have experience in sales

· Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry is preferred

· College degree preferred

· CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or will be provided

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
