Life Healing Center is seeking dynamic, creative, and knowledgeable Therapist to facilitate therapeutic groups and can implement CBT and DBT skills into engaging, experiential programming that motivates clients to succeed.

Life Healing Center is nestled in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are a well –established 46-bed residential program for adults suffering with complex trauma, primary mental health issues and addiction.

Therapist Responsibilities:

• Creating sessions with a processing, psychoeducation or skill building focus with a capacity of 15-20 clients
• Conduct a psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.
• Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the patient.
• Provide initial treatment planning for patients based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed, revising as necessary.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards and revising as indicated by facility or professional standard.
• May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field is required. Must have either LPCC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT.
• One or more years' experience working with comparable patient population required.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,594.00 - $93,316.00 per year
