Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, counseling, education or other appropriate human services field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a CASSP system program

Act 33 & 34 clearances as provided by Child Protective Services Law, 23 PA C.S. 16301.

Act 114 clearance (FBI) as provided by Cogent

Act 31 training annually

Professional Liability Insurance, maintained and updated annually with Human Resources.

Has a comfort and desire to work with multicultural and/or difficult to engage populations with a high degree of commitment, respect, confidentiality, and perseverance

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Valid Driver’s License required – Required to travel to various parts of Montgomery, Chester, and Berks Counties

Duties and Responsibilities:
Implements Family Based Model and promotes family therapy, not individual therapy.

Attends Family Based Trainings and is expected to graduate within the 3 year curriculum.

Provides team-delivered services as directed and engages in appropriate team behaviors including daily collaboration and consultation with other team members.

Develops and implements measurable treatment plans and treatment updates for each client and family.

Records every individual, family and case management contact with a detailed progress note that complies with all regulatory standards.

Completes appropriate documentation of psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions and case management, client and family progress, service authorizations and other documentation as required.

Completes appropriate service authorization tasks for managed care organizations, in a timely manner, to insure appropriate billing and service provision.

Facilitates Child and Adolescent Service System Providers (CASSP) meetings and interagency team meetings as required by different counties, (some require meetings to be conducted proactively).

Performs multi-systems advocacy to ensure clients’ and families’ rights and their access to appropriate community services and resources.

Reports all unusual incidents, accidents, conflicts of interest, or other issues potentially problematic to the agency, staff, or consumer(s) promptly to the Program Director

Video records sessions for clinical model adherence and training

Provides on-call crisis intervention on a 24/7 basis when scheduled.

Participates in weekly team/group supervisions with Clinical Supervisor and other teams.

Maintains a minimum average of 28 billable hours of service per week.

May need to transport clients using a program vehicle, in which case you will need to sign a waiver if transporting in your personal vehicle.
