Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst
Full Time | Direct Hire | High Salary

The Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst is a newly created role which will partner with Executive Leadership to guide an aggressive investment strategy over the foreseeable future. This person will be heavily involved in due diligence, analysis, and valuation. This person will have exposure to top executives in the industry.

- Assess investments earnings
- Assess investments net capital
- Provide valuations for potential investments
- Provide decisional advice to top executives based on analysis
- Direct decision making process
- Work closely with VP of Accounting/CFO
The Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/Business
- 2+ years of M&A experience
- 2+ years of Valuation experience
- MBA/CPA preferred
- Public Accounting preferred
