What You’ll Do

FLIK Hospitality Group has an exciting and ambitious strategic plan that will enable us to take our growth and performance to the next level. Systematic processes and support are critical drivers of that success. As such, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage & drive existing purchasing programs in the renovation, design & smallwares category. This role will provide you with many opportunities to make visible and meaningful impact by working with key leaders across the corporate operational services team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage equipment purchasing for existing and opening process for new business
Lead communications for purchase orders and project updates
Maintain product specification updates to company resource collateral
Ensure successful project deliverables
Contributes to operational standards and excellence during all projects
Accomplish administrative tasks in line with all client and company guidelines
What You’ll Bring to FLIK Hospitality Group

3 years + professional relevant experience in project management with purchasing focus.(A plus if that experience is in the food/beverage, hospitality or retail industries.)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational skills, especially in managing complex projects with the ability to meet firm deadlines
Manage purchasing process with cross functional teams and external suppliers
Build credible, long lasting supply chain relationships
Flexibility and ability to perform in an antonymous environment, excellence in problem solving and a bias for action
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Power Point)
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to proficiently use technology and remote communication methods.
Ability to travel 5% annually
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
