Job description

Oversight and Management of health services team processes including the organization and development of high performing teams. Development and design of policies and procedures that improve care management operations while meeting regulatory requirements.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 84,500
Maximum: 182,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Reside in Louisiana
Clinical Licensure - RN or LCSW in Louisiana
Bachelor’s degree in health or human services (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Mental Health, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Gerontology or related field required

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in managed care
3+ years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting
1+ years management experience
Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to care management
Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred

Education
Bachelor’s degree in health or human services (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Mental Health, Counseling, Behavioral Sciences, Sociology, Gerontology or related field required.
Master’s degree in one of the above noted fields preferred.
