Dynamics CRM Developer

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and collaborative Dynamics CRM Developer to demonstrate and provide technical leadership skills to help shape the strategy, design, and implementation of scalable IT CRM solutions across ServiceMaster Brands. This is an opportunity to become part of an innovative and energetic team that develops solutions that will have a transformative impact on the entire organization.

What you'll do:

• Design, modify, and develop applications that run on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
• Assist with architecting and design of overall Microsoft Dynamics solution
• Train other team members on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
• Design and implement low-code solutions for business stakeholders
• Work with other developers to create Canvas Apps as needed
• Develop and debug features within the Dynamics 365
• Work with quality assurance team to define test environments and non-functional test cases
• Complete various Dynamics 365 administrative functions, when needed
• Work within an agile framework to honor sprint commitments
• Create documentation for common job duties
• Assist with SSIS data migration and data integration support
• Support and manage integrations via webhooks and service registrations
• Create and build code components in Microsoft Datavers

What you bring:

• Strong hands-on experience to configure, customize, and develop Dynamics 365 CRM components and document new applications and enhancements including, but not limited to forms, views, reports, Word merge, underlying logic and interface components on development projects as assigned.
• Experience with basic common programming languages (C#/JS) as well as basic scripting.
• Hands on design and development experience in Power Platform, across O365 platform including CRM Dynamics, SharePoint Online, etc.
• Experience working in Power Platform across Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Work with Power Apps to create tables and forms as needed.
• Highly skilled solution implementer who has integrated CRM with different technology platforms.
• Hands on development experience to CRM with external REST/SOAP services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred skills include, MS Dynamics CRM (development), Office 365 and SharePoint Online, JavaScript frameworks, scripting basics, Net development, and MS .Net developer certified, Power Platform certified developer/architect.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors or master’s degree in a relevant field of work
• 3 years of experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• 1 year working with the MS Power Platform

Working Conditions:

This role can be done remotely, with the requirement to be present at the Atlanta Support Center office for work-related purposes (about 5% travel).
