Job description
Trillionaire Realty has an immediate opening for a full time Transaction Coordinator. We are a real estate brokerage specializing in listing & selling foreclosure properties in multiple states for financial institutions.Duties will include: Entering new listings into the MLS, handle any buyer concession request (after we are under contract), prepare CDA's for agent files, pulling comps for property listings, and other MLS listing to close duties.
There is room for long term growth with our company since we are growing very fast in multiple markets. Having a real estate license is a bonus but not required.
We currently have an offer coordinator so will not need assistance with offer negotiations.
Ideal candidate will be driven, self motivated, and have attention to detail.
Requirements: High Speed Internet, quiet home work environment, and prior experience with transaction coordinator duties.
