About You -

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years of rehab/mobility experience, or relevant training, preferred; Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

Responsibilities & Duties:
A Mobility Customer Service Representative liaises with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient care. A Mobility CSR assists patients in-person and over the phone, as well as maintains patient charts, processes patient orders, creates delivery tickets, and coordinates scheduling.   • Liaise with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient care
  • Use software systems to communicate effectively; keeps a record of all patient contacts
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of products and services offered by company
  • Answer phone calls, returns voicemails, routes calls to proper team members, and corresponds with patients via email
  • Perform referral operations such as order intake, customer service, insurance verification, documentation verification, prior authorization, and scheduling
  • Prepare billing documents, such as CMNs and other waivers
  • Ensure that referrals and other patient requests are addressed or processed in a timely manner
  • Identify patient needs or desires to recommend appropriate products or services
  • Work with teammates to resolve customer complaints. Escalate complaints to leadership when necessary.
  • Provide feedback to leaders to help improve business practices; assist in creating ways to deliver excellent customer service
