West Grove Clinic is looking to find a provider to run our Morning Substance Use IOP program. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

We are an established State Certified outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic in the greater Milwaukee, Appleton, Kenosha and Marinette areas. These thriving clinics provide a collaborative, and supporting environment for clinicians with a variety of levels of experience.

A candidate must hold one of the following licensures to facilitate IOP:

• LPC/LPC-IT (1 year of experience with AODA population)
• LCSW/APSW (1 year of experience with AODA population)
• CSAC/SAC/SAC-IT

IOP Position:

If you are only looking to run the Morning IOP that position is only 20hrs a week. If you are interested in full time you would need to be interested in starting an individual caseload as well.

• Facilitate IOP 9 hours a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am-12:05pm)
• Complete IOP intake assessments if needed
• Plan activities for IOP
• Able to work 20-25 hours a week on IOP related tasks
• Attend IOP staffing on Tuesdays (1-2pm)
• Collaborate with other treatment providers
• Meet with IOP members when needed to discuss their treatment
• Submit IOP billing through our easy to use cloud based system
• Track IOP billing and attendance
• Review and discuss drug screen results with clients
• Obtain prior authorizations when needed
• Create patient charts
• Prepare drug screen order paperwork
• Possible opportunities to market IOP
• Hours outside of IOP sessions and staffing's are flexible
• Following DHS 75 state regulations is a must
• Interact with counseling interns scheduled to do direct hour experiences

What would you be responsible for as a clinician at West Grove Clinic:

• Completing documentation in a timely manner using our cloud based EHR.
• Submitting billing in a timely manner using our cloud based billing system.
• Managing your schedule, front desk staff does assist with scheduling new and existing clients.
• Making sure your clients have completed all necessary paperwork.
