- Carry out overall recruiting strategy for the brand.
- Prospect: Cold call prospective loan officers build relationships geared towards bringing the best and brightest on board.
- Prequalify: Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Present: Evaluate candidates based on knowledge, skills, and abilities, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, abilities, experience, and aptitudes.
- Conduct comprehensive structured and structured behavioral interviews .
- Track numbers of calls, contacts, presentations appointments, and hires on daily basis.
- Provide status update reports to the Business Development team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.
Excellent phone, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Experience in outbound telemarketing 1 year minimum.
Ability to speak, read and write in the English language required .
Recruiting experience preferred.
Hands on experience with various selection processes preferred.
Some college, experience and/or applicable certifications preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CMS preferred.
Previous Loan Officer experience a plus.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
Timely communication and response times according to department standards
Physical/Sensory Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
Bend, stoop and stretch as needed
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and or ambulating (Employee has some control over the length of time)
Prolonged use of computers, telephone, and other standard office equipment which includes reading, writing, listening or speaking
Fluency in English language (written, oral, spoken); fluency in a second language desirable
