The Role:

Share Pride in the Ride by providing quality technical services for our Customers! Frontier Harley-Davidson is looking for passionate, skilled and trained individuals to add to our Service Team! In this position, you will deliver top-notch service by using the latest in technology and tools to diagnose and repair damaged or malfunctioning motorcycles. If you Live to Ride, and Ride to Live, then we might be looking for you! (Pay Range $40,000 - $80,000)

Due to the consistent growth of our dealership, we are currently looking to add a Technician to our service Team! This is a great career opportunity for someone who is a team player with a strong work ethic.

We are very passionate about motorcycles as well as helping our Customers make their riding dreams a reality. Customer satisfaction and providing a kick ass experience are of the utmost importance to us and our staff is key to that!

We are looking for skilled and trained individuals to join our Team! This position plays a critical role within our Service Department. In this position you will:

  • Diagnose and Repair damaged or malfunctioning motorcycles.
  • Help Customers make their bikes one of a kind through customization.
  • Frequently use hand tools and power tools.
  • Maximize Customer Satisfaction by providing the best service to every Customer.
  • Interested in all levels of experience!

What you bring to the table:

  • Motorcycle technician experience required.
  • Motorcycle Mechanics Institute or equivalent certification required.
  • Harley-Davidson Certified required.
  • Motorcycle Endorsement required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A clean driving record.
  • High energy partnered with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (50 lbs. overhead) throughout the day.
