Job description

We are currently seeking a Mover Helper to join our team. As a Mover Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our professional movers with the loading, unloading, and transport of household or commercial goods.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of items onto and off of moving trucks.
• Wrap and protect items with padding or other materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Help to assemble and disassemble furniture, as needed.
• Load and arrange items in the truck to maximize space and ensure safe transport.
• Drive the moving truck to and from the job site, if needed.
• Communicate effectively with the team leader and other movers to ensure a smooth and efficient move.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.22 - $18.74 per hour
