Fidelis Integrated Solutions, Inc. (FIS) is seeking a full-time Fires Analyst to support the Marine Air Ground Task Force Staff Training program (MSTP), the Fires Analyst provides functional subject matter expertise to examine and assess MAGTF level organizations, identifies friction points, offer solutions, and draft procedures for improvement as an Observer, Trainer and Collector.
The mission of the MSTP is to provide training in MAGTF across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills, with the main effort of providing training and support.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Conduct observation by assessing MAGTF processes, reviewing operation orders and procedures.
· Plans, develops, coordinates and delivers operational-level, regionally focused MAGTF relevant instruction, training and education.
· Supports the Brigadier General Selection Orientation Course (BGSOC) Senior-Leader Seminars, the Marine Corp University (MCU), and other service schools.
· Captures relevant data and processes through observation, analyzes capture information, records findings in a final after-action report and final exercise evaluation report.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Qualifications)
· Selected personnel will have an adjudicated TS security clearance.
· Senior staff planning experience in Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff.
· Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations, as well as joint headquarters organizations; completion of an appropriate level of professional military education such as Intermediate/Top Level School (ILS/TLS).
· Knowledge of, and operational experience, deploying and employing ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units and related equipment.
· Knowledge of, and operational experience with, military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level.
· Knowledge of MAGTF levels fires processes and product development in support of fires and effects.
· Knowledge of command-and-control systems related to fires processes.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Qualifications)
· Mid-Level – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent w/ 3+ Years Direct Relevant Experience
· Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
· Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

· Normal Office Environment
Travel
· Travel approximately 35% of the time.
