Job description
The Job Center is looking for Call Center Reps to join their team.
Operating hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm
- Blocks: 9am -1pm I 1pm - 5pm I 5pm - 9pm
Saturday 10am - 6pm
- Blocks: 10am - 2pm I 2pm - 6pm
Sunday 12pm - 8pm
- Blocks: 12pm- 4pm I 4pm - 8pm
Pay:
- 1st shift /2nd shift /Weekend $14.00 with $1.00 increase for hitting a certain amount of completed calls.
Responsibilities of Call Center Reps:
- Reps will be making phone calls from provided numbers to complete medical surveys for the hospital.
- Reps will talk through a script on the computer and ask the questions provided. They will enter the answers given by the respondent.
- No quotas, no selling.
