Job description
We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about solving large and impactful business problems and is looking for a fun, technically challenging work environment.
-Operate independently with assistance from more experienced team members as needed.
-Participate in activities including requirements, design, and testing.
-Build APIs and securely transfer files among diverse systems with tools such as Globalscape and MuleSoft.
-Work with software engineering tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
-Plan and lead meetings.
-Work closely with software vendors and trading partners.
-Provide technical assistance to Projects Managers by documenting plans, schedules, status reports, and/or change requests.
-Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Worker should be qualified to serve as a “Software Engineer”, Level 2 under the DIR IT Staff Augmentation Contract guidelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a technical consultant to peers, clearly and accurately document relevant issues, and prepare accurate, concise, reliable reports
