Summary: We are looking for a candidate that is positive, self-motivated, detailed oriented, and can lead a quality staff. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvania’s Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc. The Tee Top Bartender position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well as prepares light food for patrons of bar.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Takes orders from customers or Bar Waiter/Waitress.
- Takes orders for, prepares and serves light meals.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine and draft or bottled beer.
- Collects money for drinks served. Uses cash register to record sales and make change.
- Orders or requisitions liquor and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Replenishes bar products such as beer, wine, liquor and small snacks.
- Handles overly intoxicated patrons in a manner that does not jeopardize the customers safety or that of the other patrons in the lounge.
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess working knowledge of wines, beers and liquors.
- Display strong guest service skills at all times.
- Obtain certification for the accredited alcohol server test (RAMP) on first day of hire.
- Must be able to accurately and efficiently calculate basic mathematical solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
