Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Manage construction schedule
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of previous experience in construction superintendent role in Hotel, Mutli-family/Mixed use ground up new construction
• Experience in Type I/Type III Construction with managing construction schedules
• Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes
• Safety 30 (min) and First Aide Certification
