Purpose of Position: TWG Management, LLC. is seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to help with maintenance/janitorial operations at a TWG apartment community. The Multi-Site Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general upkeep of the property, positive resident relations, and works in the direction of company goals. A Multi-Site Maintenance Technician is also responsible to complete any other assignments as directed by management.

Essential Duties:

• Perform general punch requirements
• Grounds and equipment upkeep
• Snow removal
• Basic service requests such as:
• Replacing lightbulbs/light kits
• Unclogging toilets
• Garbage disposal installation/repair
• Basic water heater repair
• Basic cleaning and resident services
• Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
• Qualified candidates must possess adequate proficiency and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain work order systems, logs, and other records as needed
• Timely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries
• Operates various mechanical, electrical, and power/garden tools
• Must comply with all local, state, federal guidelines as well as company policies & procedures
• On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service

Essential Qualifications

• HVAC & EPA certifications preferred but not required
• 0-2 years’ Experience in Property Management Maintenance
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and provide own vehicle for travel between apartment communities (mileage paid)
• Must be able to pass criminal background check
• Must be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision
• Able to work in fast-paced environment while remaining conscientious and adhering to policies and procedures
• Good human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Residents, Peers, and Supervisors

• Performs a variety of routine semi-skilled maintenance for District facilities, including, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical trades work. Ensures that facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.
