Report to Title: Director, Sales Motive
Location: Remote

Partner with new and existing accounts to grow the deep-cycle and lithium-ion product portfolios. To be accomplished both organically with our existing customer portfolio companies, and inorganically through new business development activities.

- Daily account management of existing customer portfolios.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to profitably grow the Trojan Motive business.
- Expand portfolios of battery offerings where necessary by better understanding customer VOC and market VOC.
- Maintain a fluid pipeline of opportunities with clear strategies and timelines for all opportunities and stage gates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to efficiently bring new customers/products from prospect to full production and revenue recognition.
- Effectively communicate to Senior Management successes and traction in the segment.
Qualifications:
- 4-Year degree preferred
- 5-7 Years Sales Experience in the industrial products space
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- 40% travel expectation
