Full Job DescriptionThe NetSuite Financial Systems Administrator works within the Finance & Accounting team and reports to the Finance Director, FP&A. This individual must be a technically savvy and energetic self-starter, with the ability to interface with many members of the organization and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Admin/Evolution of Financial Systems
Lead and support Netsuite implementation
Serve as System Administrator on financial applications (NetSuite, OpenAir, Salesforce, and future financial planning software), and support other tools across the organization.
Develop operating procedures, training materials, and lead training for new users
Troubleshoot system issues, identify deficiencies, and liaise with 3rd party application support teams
Project manage system releases inclusive of communication and impact updates to staff and leadership across departments
Develop reporting across finance department, including workflow configurations, adding subsidiaries, and creating dashboards
Be a change agent, innovate, improve processes, and create efficiencies, working with internal stakeholders and external developers as needed
Manage the financial systems, including system releases, licenses & contracts, user access, to ensure business continuity and appropriate security and roles
Work with business development team to implement and manage CRM platform, and pipeline reporting capabilities to drive organic and inorganic growth Supporting Business requests
Adhoc
Lead integrating future acquisitions into Netsuite/OpenAir and other applicable systems
Work with a variety of data sets to identify discrepancies, organize, and improve reporting in and outside of applicable systems.
Support financial modeling across the FP&A function.
Adhoc analysis as needed
Requirements:
At least 3-5 year of experience in a similar role
Marketing/Ad Agency or Professional Services experience nice to have
Netsuite Admin certification a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce, SSAS/SQL, Adaptive Insights, a plus
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Index/Match) and VBA
Ability to explore systems, interface with support, and acquire new skills
Innovative and experienced in process improvement
Professional, organized, time management skills, and can safeguard confidential information
Willing and able to adapt to a high energy, fast paced environment
High level of analytical and quantitative skills
