Job Description :

Responsibility:
-Hands-on IP router/switch/telephony customer premises equipment
-Design, configure and deploy LAN and WAN network connections, hardware, software and communication links and services.
-Optimize the network and systems services and troubleshoot any network performance issues.
-Responsible for the service provision and monitoring of the network infrastructure to company standards.

Skills:
-Specific knowledge and 3 to 5 years’ experience with Cisco and Juniper routers
-Knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications and routing
-Solid knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 internetworking technologies
-Experience with protocols
-Firewall experience with firewalls such as (Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Checkpoint NG etc.)
-Extensive experience with Cisco switches and routers
-Certifications such as (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)

- The difference between the level 2 and level I are
Everything Eng1 plus additional years of experience, Advanced level of knowledge in the technologies mentioned in Eng1 (more in depth knowledge of layer2/layer3 protocols), higher certification such as CCNP instead of CCNA or JNCIS-SP, instead of JNCIA etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Mount Laurel, NJ 08054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Networking: 3 years (Required)
• LAN: 3 years (Preferred)
• troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Routing protocols: 3 years (Preferred)
• Cisco routers: 3 years (Preferred)
• Juniper: 3 years (Preferred)
• Firewall: 3 years (Preferred)
• Layer2 /Layer 3 Protocols: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CCNA,CCNP,CCIE (Preferred)
• JNCIA (Preferred)
