Position Summary

The Network Support Administrator will troubleshoot and maintain the organizations network systems in collaboration with IT support services provider. Will facilitate efficient and effective installation of equipment for all office locations. Provides information to all staff by answering inquiries and responding to requests for technology related concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Think creatively and strategically;
• Successfully complete work both independently and within a team environment;
• Communicate well and maintain productive relationships with a variety of groups and individuals;
• Balance priorities;
• Research and gather necessary information to answer employee and shareholder inquiries;
• Determines the nature of the inquiry to better facilitate requests to specialized department;
• Assist in maintenance of systems, installing new hardware, modifying new hardware and related network software and applications;
• Installs and maintains devices such as printers, routers, hubs and other equipment;
• Leads new hire set up including access to all systems and resources;
• Conducts periodic diagnostics and testing to ensure optimal network function and minimal downtime;
• Maintains email and intranet services, adding and removing users and accounts;
• Self-motivate with a desire for continuous self-improvement and growth;
• Be open and receptive to feedback and direction from management team.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Associates degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• At least three years of experience in network maintenance and user technical support preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Understanding of existing network programs and capabilities.
• Excellent workstation and network troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Travel

Travel as needed to each of our 4 office locations.
