Experience Supt. for High End Custom Home Architect and Buildiing Company, located in Rockville, Md..

We build new custom homes in: Bethesda, Arlington, Chevy Chase, McLean and N.W.D.C.

You should be able to manage and supervise 2 to 5 new homes at a given time.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a proven track record in residential construction industry.

Familiar with Microsoft project schedules, word and excel experience a plus.

These homes are design and built for each customer and are one of a kind, this individual must be detail oriented, be able to review and understand what is takes to build a home, i.e. build the home in there head be able to analyze the drawings, foresee, redline and head off construction issues before they occur.

You must be able to accurately forecast weekly and monthly schedules and be able to adjust and update on a moments notice, be able to review site plans, shoot and set grades for the homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
