Job description

We are looking for a Night Auditor who will be responsible for performing duties that include checking in and out guests, maintaining the vault, balancing and reconciling all cash registers, keeping track of all incoming and outgoing funds and assisting guests when necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a financial system to book all accounting transactions at the end of the day.

Responsibilities:

• Solve problems that may be encountered during the day shift and ensure they are resolved before the end of their shift.
• Check all areas of the hotel, including restrooms, guest rooms, hotel lobby, and parking lot to ensure they are in proper order.
• Count cash and other valuable items in the safe.
• Make sure that all employees are complying with company policy and federal state laws.
• Follow proper procedures during emergencies.
• Verify that fire exits are cleared for use.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Maintain good customer service relations with employees and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
