The Company- Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade
Western Paper Distributors is a thriving, award-winning supplier of cleaning supplies and equipment, food service packaging, laundry and warewash solutions .
In August 2021, the company was acquired by Imperial Dade; a leading distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in the U.S. While now one of over 100+ branches, Western Paper continues to offer the family-owned business experience for our employees and continues to operate as a remarkably stable and unique business where growth and promotion opportunities abound.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Western Paper was recognized as an essential business that offers products in high demand and is an invaluable partner in helping people stay safe and businesses adapt to new health and safety requirements which enable their businesses to stay afloat. At a time when many businesses were reducing their staff, we stood behind ours, refusing to furlough or laying anyone off while maintaining a consistent and guaranteed schedule for hourly employees.
Western Paper develops people and looks for ways to grow them and promote from within. You can discover our spirit of employee development and promotion at www.western-paper.com/success-stories/ . We’re growing fast because of our exceptional commitment to customer service and our remarkable relationships (and buying power) with the nation’s leading product manufacturers. But it’s the people—not the products—that make Western Paper such a rewarding and challenging place to work.
We’re a proud member/owner of Network Services Company, a $15 billion national organization—and a proven contributor to the local communities we work in. We recognize that anyone can deliver supplies, but nobody can provide the same relationship-based consulting, training, and unprecedented dedication to service that make Western Paper our customers’ preferred provider.
Western Paper is also passionate about community service and involvement. Through a strategic partnership with Foodbank of the Rockies, team members are given opportunities to serve the community as part of their normal work hours. In addition, we support the humanitarian efforts that inspire individual team members, giving generously to causes that we know make a difference, including offering academic scholarships. We love being a part of the local community and strive to make a positive impact on it.
If you’re ready to advance your career, contribute to a team of some of the smartest, friendliest folks around and make a powerful impact on people and the businesses they run…we’re here to help! Get to know us better by visiting www.western-paper.com/get-to-know-us/
