This Nurse Manager of Outpatient Dialysis will join an experienced team and help oversee all chronic outpatient dialysis services including overseeing assistant nurse managers/charge nurses/staff RNs and other ancillary staff as needed. Other responsibilities for this position including overseeing staffing and scheduling, ensuring the best quality of patient care and satisfaction across assigned departments, encouraging communication among all members of interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring that hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld.

It is required that this RN possess their BSN and active RN licensure in New York. It is also required that this Nurse Manager have previous dialysis experience as well as previous nurse leadership experience (charge, coordinator, educator, assistant nurse manager).
