Dignity Health’s Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton spanning the coast. Our experienced physicians and advanced practice providers offer a wide range of primary and specialty care services. PHC is a part of Dignity Health Central Coast’s award-winning network of outstanding hospitals imaging centers laboratories and post-acute services.
Responsibilities
In keeping with the Pacific Central Coast Health Center's philosophy, the Walk-In Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing direct patient clinical care in a walk-in setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education for all age groups, including well child exams, adolescent exams and sports physicals, and adult physicals including pap and pelvic exam. Nurse Practitioners will work with direction and supervision from Physicians

Qualifications
Minimum
- Graduate of an accredited schools of nursing.
- Nurse practitioner certification from an accredited association.
- Must be able to meet credentialing requirements.
- CT NP;RN;CT CPRBLS
Preferred
- Master's degree in nursing
