WHO WE ARE: Orchid Cove @ Palm Harbor - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Palm Harbor, FL is currently seeking a Floor Unit Supervisor. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to come join our team!
As the RN Supervisor within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the overall support and supervision of our clinical staff. Unit Supervisor Job Summary & Qualifications:
- Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments
- Prepare residents for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures
- Manage the care plan process and communicate care plan instructions to patients and their families
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
- Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
- Active RN License Required
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in LTAC, SNF, or Hospital setting
- Advanced Organizational Skills
- Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
