Job description
The Nurse Manager coordinates the nursing aspect of patient care for specific nursing departments utilizing a yearly operational budget in coordination with the DNS for the nursing division. He/she is responsible for a working knowledge of the medical/legal and accreditation aspects of nursing for his/her own department. He/she provides direct supervision of the RN's, LPN's, CNA's, Unit clerks in his/her department. He/she works with the shift supervisor to coordinate the activities of the department for the 24 hour period. The Nurse Manager is responsible to the VP of Nursing.
Hourly W2 Pay Rate:- $120/hr on W2 + $1,200 Weekly Stipend non-taxable
