We are recruiting for a Full-Time Night Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our skilled nursing team located in Voorhees, NJ. This position is 36 (3x12) hours per week (7pm-7am), every other weekend and eligible for our full benefits package!

$500 sign-on bonus and $2,500 retention bonus offered!

Voorhees Pediatric Facility (VPF) is a nationally recognized pediatric specialty care center serving Medically Fragile Children/Adolescents that offers 119 in-patient beds and the largest freestanding pediatric ventilator program in the country. As a member of our nurse management team, you will be responsible for:

Organizes and directs work on their assigned shift as follows:

• Coordinates staff to assure that effective nursing services are provided and quality standards are met.
• Provides leadership and guidance to nursing and other staff in the building.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure care needs are being met.
• Assumes oversight for the building on their shift.
• Ensures compliance with policy/procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Ensures effective communications with residents, family members, agencies, physicians and referral sources

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current NJ RN licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, specialty certification preferred
• Minimum three years pediatric nursing experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
