POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Manager of Nurse Resources, provides daily operational assistance to several nursing units. Develops strategies to proactively manage staffing issues, collaborates with Unit Managers and Clinical Nurse Coordinator’s regarding patient flow, manages staff timekeeping, provides administrative support to the Nursing Directors and Educators, and coordinates other non-clinical functions as appropriate. General daily direction will be given by the Manager with collaboration from the Administrative Nursing Coordinator (ANC).
